Mr. Forchheimer and Mr. Zabec,I
really do not know where to begin, but we thought we should put this in
writing.
When we received a phone call from your
telemarketers, we really had no intention at the present time to have
new windows and a door system added to our home. Having recently
purchased the property in April of 2004, we set many goals to improve
our home. Windows and doors, as well as new siding were very much
on top of the list.
After meeting with your sales
representative, Mr. Dennis Hogan, we were impressed but not convinced
that Elements Windows, installed by Homeview Contractors Inc. was
definitely going to be our choice for the work we were seeking.
Plus, it was truly not the timetable we envisioned for doing such a
major renovation. While Mr. Hogan was patient, and knowledgeable,
he left without us striking a deal, due primarily to the cost, timeframe
and some research we wanted to do on Homeview Inc. before making any
rash decisions. Having been burned severely by "Reputable
Contractors" in the past, we were still quite skeptical.
We then received a phone call a week or
two later, from a gentleman at your office who stated that the
Pennsylvania Sales Manager would like to meet with us to discuss what
was already on the table. My wife and I agreed, figuring we had
nothing to lose and to just hear what this individual would have to say.
Well, fro the first few moments that
Mr. Charlie Diamadaras introduced himself and going forward, we felt
like we were working with someone we had known for years. His
calm, warm and totally professional manner immediately put us at ease.
Charlie again discussed our needs, timelines, and even took the time to
re-measure and recalculate what Homeview could do for us. We
discussed window styles at broad length and he meticulously explained
EXACTLY what would be done, offered suggestions and continuously bounced
things around. Charlie must have spent another 4+ hours with us,
totally patient and a delight to work with. When it was all said
and done, I don't think in my 44 years of life, and ownership of 3
homes, have I (and my wife) ever felt so comfortable working with a
sales professional than Charlie.
After working the numbers and options,
we decided that we could place our trust in Charlie and Homeview, to be
our one all - be all, for making the upgrades of windows, siding and
doors for our home. My wife and I wanted one company and one
individual within that company we knew we could trust and count on and
Mr. Diamadaras was that gentleman, and Homeview was going to be that
company.
To make a long, long story short, we
had revisions and changes, but Charlie was always there. While the
initial installation was not what we expected, it posed no problem to
Charlie, to come out, inspect and get Don out to our house to make some
unbelievable adjustments that made everything come together, as we
expected.
My wife and I are so pleased with our
new 6 standard C7 windows, 1 C& Two Lite slider (gorgeous!) and of
course the big one (pt2) the 9 foot box window. I will say without
Charlie and Don, I do not know what would have been. But the
bottom line is we have no doubt, we made the absolute right decision
with out choice of windows and the company behind them.
We even had a mishap with out door
color, but John and Charlie were there to see it through and make the
corrections. We await the install of our beautiful door system to
finalize "this deal." Be rest assured however, that April-May of
2007, we will have this part paid off and will be back to have numerous
windows and new siding added to the house. And rest assu5red we
will be calling Charlie and Homeview to get the job done right!
Many, many thinks and highest regards
to you all.
A special heartfelt thanks to Mr.
Charlie Diamadaras and Don Carter (the carpenter) for what you did to
make this all so perfect for us.
