December 28, 2005
Dear Mr. Zabec,
I want to take this
opportunity to commend your products and staff in writing. I have
purchased several goods and services from your company over the past 5
years or so and have been extremely happy with the results.
Replacement windows and sliding glass doors, house siding, and skylights
have been professionally installed at my home in Sparks, MD. These
items especially will help me a lot into this winter of rising fuel
costs.
Your staff in
particular needs to be commended for their professionalism and patience
with a homeowner who has a very limited knowledge of the home
improvement process! A great guy names Shawn (Sean?) has been out
twice to check the skylights and was so very helpful, as was Mike
Catalano. Robert Kirkpatrick and Tom Tellier were the latest
representatives to help me with a purchase of gutters and downspouts, to
be installed soon. I even had the "big guns" for the sliding glass
door appointment -- you and Bob Hoppa!
Thanks again for a
job well done by such a personable and talented group of people, and the
best to you and yours in the coming New Year.
Sincerely,
Nancy S |

Attention: Mr. Phil
Cunningham.
I am writing to
express my satisfaction with the Elements Windows that have been
installed in my house over the last few years.
Several years ago, I
first saw the Elements Window on display at the Maryland State Fair.
I was in the market for replacement windows for my 54 year old home and,
therefore, made an appointment for someone to demonstrate how
Elements Windows could improve my house. To my astonishment,
Phil Cunningham came over with this window model on the day of Hurricane
Isabel. Needless to say, I was totally impressed by his dedication
and conviction in Elements Windows. After all, who would take
the chance to demonstrate a replacement window in the wake of an
approaching hurricane? He did a wonderful job in convincing me why
the Elements Window is the best on the market. Consequently, I
ordered my first Elements Window, which was replacing my picture
window in the living room. What a difference it made! It was
installed in a timely fashion, and further with courteous installers.
The demonstration, sale and installation proved to be a very pleasant
experience. What is even better is the Elements Window itself
-- the icing on the cake! It looks wonderful and is so easy to
clean (an important factor to me). I was totally unable to fully
clean my previous window, as you would have had to dismantle the outside
window to clean in between the inside and outside windows. This
was not a one-person job. The Elements Window that I chose
open in, swings to the side, and is easy to clean, inside and outside,
while never having to go out of my living room. Even more
importantly, with the skyrocketing fuel prices, the window has kept out
so much air and has kept the living room much warmer.
I was so satisfied
with the Elements Window in my living room that, a year later, I
ordered four more windows for my first floor. They were installed
in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Well, I can honestly say
that the drafts, which I had been accustomed to feeling, were no longer
there; and it was warmer in each of those rooms, especially in the
bathroom and especially most notably when taking a bath or shower.
What a difference! Hence, the fuel bill was less than the previous
year.
This year, I ordered
four more Elements Windows for my dining room and bedroom. I
was looking forward to replacing my bedroom windows since, believe it or
not, my bedroom felt like an ice box, and I slept with heavy pajamas,
sock and four blankets. My nieces said they didn't know how I
could sleep in such a cold room. Now, after the installation of
the Elements Windows, my room is actually warm. I was so
surprised! For the first time in ten years that I have lived there
my bedroom is warm. My brother and sister-in-law could not believe
the difference in temperature.
My first floor
windows have all been replaced, and I keep my thermostat at 62 degrees,
and my house feels warm. It feels warm because there are no
drafts. The Elements Windows have kept the drafts out. I
no longer have to keep my thermostat on 79 degrees to try to stay warm.
It is very comfortable and of course, I am saving on my energy bill,
even though the cost of energy has increased.
I cannot recommend
the Elements Window more highly! I am completely satisfied
with the looks of the window, the convenience of cleaning the window and
more importantly, the savings on my energy bill. I am so glad that
I chose Elements Windows.
Sincerely,
Maureen J. Justice |

Dear Sir:
For the past 2 years
we have been making an investment in our home in Easton by purchasing
doors and windows and remodeling our front porch with Homeview's fine
products. We
have been more than pleased with the excellent quality, service and care
taken during the installation by your employees.
We want to commend and
thank Jim Thomas, our salesman, who presented thorough information about
your products and gave us outstanding service in a friendly, honest and
professional way. He represents Homeview well.
We believe we have made
a wise choice in purchasing Homeview products and will enjoy them for
many years and will continue to recommend your company to others.

Homeview Contractors,
Inc.
I am writing this
letter to you regarding a contractor you recently sent to my home to
discuss some items I had issue with.
Sonny (I don't know his
last name) came to meet with me on November 23, 2005 to view and talk
over the issues I had regarding my windows/wall replacement/caulking
completed by previous Homeview contractors.
I was sooooo happy to
finally find someone who [understood] and didn't "brush off" my
concerns. In the past, Homeview contractors sent out to my house
listened, but seemed to come up with excuses (and I did hear the phrase
"I don't' do... You need to call back to the office to sup up an
appointment for someone else to look at that" several times). With
Sonny, I finally found someone I could address "all" my concerns to and
get an answer; he took the time to check out my concerns and gave me
options to consider in some cases.
I was impressed at how
thorough he was in going over everything - taking the time to look at
all my windows, etc. to make sure I didn't overlook something.
I look forward to Sonny
returning to complete the work necessary and hopefully I will find the
work he does to be what was needed to finalize the issued I've had over
the last few years.
I want to say that I do
enjoy my windows (especially the bay window) and have seen a difference
in my gas and electric bills (and with predictions of high costs this
winter that makes me happy). The person did come to fix the gutter
problem I had and hopefully that is taken care of. I will find out
the next hard rain we have when I go out and make sure it does not
overflow anymore (believe he had to adjust the gutter slant so water
would flow down to the downspout).
Sincerely,
Pat Purkey |

To Whom it May Concern:
My husband and I would
like to thank Homeview Contractors for the work that was done in our
home. We are fist time homeowners who purchased a "fixer upper" last
year and by fixer upper I mean wow... we1ve got a lot of work ahead of
us. Since this
was our first house we weren't really sure how to get the ball rolling
with the big projects. I have experience with interior design and I new
what I wanted but I had heard so many horror stories about contractors
and home improvement projects that I was unsure of who to choose.
Luckily I got a phone
call one afternoon (and I normally don't give telemarketers the time of
day) from Homeview. They were working in the area and wanted to know if
we needed new doors. Well... my husband and I had discussed replacing
the front door but didn't see that as a priority. We did, however, want
French doors put in our dining room, which would involve cutting a big
hole m the side of our brick house. Since our work 5cheduJes don't
always allow us to take off during the week, we were able to set up a
meeting for Memorial Day- Instantly we were impressed by how
accommodating they were just to set up a meeting... we hadn't even
committed to anything.
A Mr. Robert Kirkpatrick
showed up at our house and told us all about Homeview Contractors and
what they're all about. We really enjoyed talking to Mr. Kirkpatrick and
were excited to get the ball rolling. We wound up havil1g a sliding
glass door put in OUT dining room (more energy efficient and just as
pretty as French doors) and getting the front door replaced.
When it was time to
actually get the work done we were impressed by how quickly they got the
work done and how professional they were. Mr. Kirkpatrick even called to
see how everything was going and if there was anything we needed.
I work in customer
service too, and I know how important it is to deliver outstanding
customer service. I just want to thank Homeview for the work and the
people. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone especially Mr.
Kirkpatrick. You shed new light on home improvement and we will be
contacting you again.
Thanks so much for
everything!
Sincerely,
Maureen and Albert Chaffman |

Mr. Bob Hoppa:
Just had to let you
know how happy we are with our beautiful new roof!!!
Back in October when
our area was hit with torrential rains, we awakened (that Saturday
morning) to find our roof leaking in two bedrooms -- WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
We immediately called
my brother for advice, as he is "into" home repair, plus he recently had
his roof replaced. He told us to get at least 3 estimates before
making our final decision, and suggested 3 roofing companies for us to
contact, one of which was Homeview. Having complete
confidence in his decision to contract with Homeview, we made it our
decision too.
We called Homeview
and was given a speedy appointment date (since we had leaks) by your
courteous, professional sales personnel -- and then we met Dan Collins.
We found Dan to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough and insightful
sales rep. It was a sheer pleasure doing business with Dan, and we
would not hesitate to recommend him and the services of Homeview to
others. WE ARE 100% SATISFIED.
Thank you for turning
an unexpected headache into a pleasant experience.
Sincerely,
Ezelma Simth & Richard Spellman
P.S. Mike and the
"Roofing Crew" were UNBELIEVABLE -- they did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!
Again, MANY THANKS |

Dear President of
Homeview,
My name is William
Thomas and I am a satisfied customer of the Oxford Sliding Door.
Your sales person (Robert Kirkpatrick) did a wonderful job in his
presentation of the door. Also, your installers were quick and
quiet. Thank you for the new look of our home.

Dear Homeview Contractors,
Inc.
Just a few line to
let you know that I am very appreciative about the way you handle your
work ethics during the installing of my new windows. I am very
pleased with the job your employees did when they were here installing
the new windows. It's been a pleasure working with your company
and I hope the windows will last a long time to come.
Thank you,

To The Fine Folks At
Homeview:
Just a few lines to
tell you how much we enjoy our Elements Windows purchased on
5-14-05. As you know, prior to this we had the original single
pane, rolled glass wood windows. I guess that they were considered
"state of the art" when the house was built in 1917, and in spite of the
constant maintenance required, they were marginal at best. On
windy days the curtains would blow around. At least we were
getting a lot of fresh air and good ventilation.
Now, I am a cold
weather person, and while all the air infiltration didn't bother me Mom
had other ideas. She flatly stated to me one day that she would
not spend another bone-rattlin' winter in this drafty old barn of a
home. I think that's how she said it. Mom had a good point,
realizing that in a big old three-story un-insulated house more heat was
going out than was coming in. Now I know why the birds spent as
much time on our roof in the winter. They were staying warn in all
that heat loss.
Fortunately for me, I
got a call from a Homeview Rep about this time. He came out and
brought a display window. I liked all the features well enough but
to me not being that well versed in replacement windows, was thinking I
should look around a little more for a cheaper unit. That's when
John Callaway, the Homeview Rep. laid the window down flat and stood on
it. It didn't break. Now, John's a big man, I would guess
about 6' 3", 215-220 pounds. Well, I negotiated a little more,
settled on a price and had 23 gas filled, double hung, vinyl, triple
pane custom windows on the way. Man, I could not wait for them to
get here, but at the same time was concerned about Mom's health in the
midst of all this.
On the day of
arrival, the crew went to work pulling the old windows and popping in
the new ones as fast as grain through a goose. I mean, they were
pros and in two days were done. Very impressive indeed.
Without a doubt the best improvement one can make on a house is
replacements windows. Especially an old house. You will not
believe the difference it makes!
In closing, I'm here
to tell you that Homeview is the best company I've ever done business
with and to Michael Zabek and Bob Hoppa, guys we can't thank you enough.
Sincerely,
Kenneth P. and Pauline S. Brown
P.S. I guess the
birds will have to go elsewhere for the winter.
Yours Truly,
Thank you,
Charlie Brown |

Homeview Contractors,
Inc.
I wish to share how
very proud I am of my new Windsor Door. It is beautiful. It
is something that I've always wanted. It being maintenance free,
secure and warm makes it surpass my dream come true.
Thank your very
professional contractor installers. Thank you for getting
installed very timely before you even promised to have it in. The
extra piece of brass trim on the storm door you also installed just
showcases the whole door as a unit.
Mr. Dan Collins was
helpful with my arrangements of my order/contract. He made certain
of ordering the right parts for the correct sides, the hinges, and the
locks that were needed. He made sure of the door measurements.
I had made up my mind, pretty much before he got there, of the color and
style. I had all the right reasons to need to have a new front
door. Mr. Collins helped me in making the correct decision on the
texture wood grain (redwood) for both the interior and exterior of my
door. BOY THAT WAS THE RIGHT COLOR! My house is beautiful.
He was very respectful and kind about the suggestion, and I'm just so
happy.
I would highly
recommend you product and services to anyone needing a reference.
Thank you,

Homeview:
Just a note of thanks
for my beautiful door. We couldn't be happier. Also, the
contractor who installed the door, you should be pleased they work for
you, Rick Cornelson and his son. They took such pride in their
work as did the salesman, Gary Kulmnek.
I'm just so sorry our
son, Kurt Johnson worked for you for such a short time, I know what a
great salesman he was and was so happy when he got the job with
Homeview. We sure would recommend your company to all our friends!

Dear Mr. Forchheimer:
Whenever I had my own
business, nothing pleased me more than to receive a note from a very
happy and satisfied customer, praising the quality of our products
and/or services. But, I was even more thrilled whenever the praise
concerned the satisfaction of the performance of one of my employees.
But, in your case I have to state that without exception, your team of
field mechanics was outstanding. I myself, having more than just a
layman's knowledge and background in the building trades, could see that
your field personnel were highly skilled and qualified in their
responsibilities and duties. Their professional work ethics were most
commendable and praise worthy. Politeness; daily cleanliness of
the work-site; job skills and abilities; and general communication on
the site certainly must be commended (never one word of profanity was
heard and that is a problem with many construction workers).
Having failed to
obtain all the names of the numerous personnel who worked on my home,
and not wanting to overlook anyone, I will refrain from listing any
particular person -- except for one and that is your sales
representative, Bob Keener! Having been in direct technical sales
myself, I know how important it is to keep inconstant contact and
communication with your customers. Questions and requests must be
responded to and answered promptly. Without fail, Bob was always
there to field my questions and satisfactory answer came back very
quickly. Although I may be somewhat prejudiced, I always felt the
success of any business strongly rests on the relationship, trust and
rapport the company representative establishes and maintains with the
customer. And I must state, Bob not only did a most commendable
sales job, and one which I would be most honored to recommend to another
prospective Homeview client.
Anf infally, Mf.
Forchheimer, you have my approval to use this letter as a testimonial in
your business. And you would be most welcome to take pictures of
the outstand work you tem of technicians completed on my home and use
them also.
With sincere
satisfaction,
Mr. & Mrs. James E. Lafferty |

Dear Mr. Zabec:
I am writing to let
you know how I feel about my recent purchase of storm windows from
Homeview.
You home consultant,
Mr. Robert Kirkpatrick, was extremely personable with a pleasant
demeanor. His knowledge and excitement about your products were
apparent throughout his very thorough explanation and demonstration.
The window installers
(I don't know their names) were competent and proficient, as well as
very nice gentlemen. When they arrived they were faced with the
obstacle of things that needed to be moved in order for them to have
access to the windows. They willingly, and pleasantly, pitched in
to help and throughout the day they were very congenial and
professional.
I am very happy with
my absolutely beautiful windows from Homeview. In addition
to their great looks, I have certainly enjoyed using just the screens to
let the fresh air in during this "between season" we have erectly
experienced. And, I am looking forward to saving on my utility
bills during the hot summer and cold winder seasons! Also, since
there is easy access to both sides of the top and bottom windows,
cleaning them will be a breeze and I won't have to come up with an
excuse for "not doing windows!" Great!
Thank you for a
wonderful product and for such personable and professional employees.
Sincerely,
Billie M. Labhart

Dear Michael and Bob,
and Mark (WCBM),
I must first say
congratulations to Homeview Contractors on being presented with the
Torch Award from the Better Business Bureau. It makes me feel good
to know I will be working with an organization which has such high
ethics and standards and who was presented with such a prestigious
award.
Second, I cannot tell
you how much fun I have had for over 16 weeks in listening and calling
your show on Tuesday nights. I can hardly wait for the Tuesday
just to have an hour of so much fun. There are some great programs
on WCBM which I listen to but don't have near the energy level and
excitement which your show provides to its listening audience.
Third, I must not
leave out Mark Quist form WCBM. It amazes me how he can handle the
call volume and still remain tactful, diplomatic and do so with a very
high degree of professionalism. He never seem to get frazzled or
upset and still takes time to laugh and make the caller feel welcome.
Finally, although now
is such a difficult time for me to have had a serious back surgery and
then to lose my mother, who I've been caring fro about 7 years now, I
just want you to know that even though I may not sound appreciative, I'm
very appreciative to you for winning the door. It is difficult for
me to cope with such sadness, emotional and physical pain and excitement
and happiness of winning the door all at the same time. I wish I
could set a dial to the emotion I need to be at the right time.
The three of you have
had such a positive impact on me, but with all of the ups and downs I'm
going through, I just wanted you to know how very grateful I am and how
I feel blessed to have you in my life, even if it is for just an hour a
week. Always remember to have an incredible week and most
important, may God Bless you and your families. Thank you for all
the fun and laughter and good times. |

To: Homeview:
Hello! Just a
note to let you know that I am a very satisfied customer!
I love the windows and the service was outstanding.
When Mark came to
measure my windows in January, he was very courteous and informative --
great salesman. Frank came later to measure and he was so kind and
nice. Then came Dave to install the windows and he not only did a
fantastic job, but was no courteous and a blessing.
Please pass this word
around. I believe that we should commend those that really deserve
it! Your company has chosen employees wisely.
Thank you very much!

To: Homeview
Contractors
I just wanted to let
you know how pleased I am at how your installed windows and door
performed during a recent attempted break-in at my house. It was
unbelievable, and certainly more than I expected out of them.
First, the thieves
tried to get through the window with a brick, and although the inner
pane broke, the outer one held. Then, they tried to force the door
and frame you installed with a screwdriver and crowbar. The only
thing they managed was to chip some of the paint off the door.
Even your weather-stripping seal was left intact.
The police could not
believe that the system held up as well as it did, especially when I
informed them that they were not security windows and doors, but just
the normal household products. Apparently, thieves had hit 3
houses before mine, and cleaned them out. Mine was the only one
they could not get into.
It's not very often
that one feels that one gets what they pay for these days, and rarer
still to feel that you received more than you paid for. This is
one of those rare times.
Sincerely,
Noel H. |

To whom it may concern:
I wanted to write to you
sooner concerning the windows, which you installed on September 27,
2004. Everyone in your company is superior from the people we met
at Carroll County Fair who spoke to us about the windows, the salesmen
who came to our home, the installers who did an excellent job inside and
out and the repairman who cam to adjust them. We absolutely love
the windows. The house looks nice both inside and out. The
ease of washing them is wonderful for me plus the added addition of the
security feature. We would highly recommend our windows and your
company to anyone.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Forchheimer,
Thank you for your
generous donation to the Make-A-Wish-Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic,
Inc. in recognition of Mike Zabec and Bob Hoppa's efforts to make wishes
come true for area children facing life-threatening medical conditions
through WCBM's "Your Home, Your Views" show. Your generosity will
help fulfill the wise of a Baltimore-area child facing cancer, cystic
fibrosis or another serious illness.
Founded in 1983, the
Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. is a non-profit
organization that fulfills the wishes of children with life-threatening
medical condition to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and
joy. The foundation has fulfilled the wishes of more than 4,500
children from Maryland, Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Delaware.
Last year the organization fulfilled the wishes of 365 children at an
average cost of more than $700 per wish. That is the equivalent to
making a wish come true for a sick child each day of the year.
I am proud to report
that 84 cents of every dollar spent goes directly toward wish
fulfillment. Clearly, we would not be able to make wishes come
true for these special children without the generous support of people
like you and our other friends at Homeview Contractors, Inc.!
Again, thank you for
helping make wishes come true.
Warm regards,
Ralph A. Nappi, Jr.
Thank you for all
your efforts on behalf of all the wish children - happy holidays!! |

Michael T. Zabec:
Last year, Mr. John
Calloway came to our home to demonstrate the quality of your sliding
glass doors. We signed the contract based on Mr. Calloway's
knowledge of your products. On the day of installation, the
workers were professional and friendly. They were very efficient
in tearing out the old doors and replacing them with the new. Much
to our surprise, there was very little mess and all the work was done in
record time to our satisfaction.
Mr. Calloway followed-up
with us after the installation of our sliding glass doors to make sure
we were pleased with the doors and the installation. There was a
defect in one of the doors and Mr. Calloway immediately had the door
replaced. We have been very happy with our new doors and cant say
enough about Mr. Calloway as a representative for your company. We
are very satisfied with your product and the services we have received.
Because of the
professionalism of Mr. Calloway and the superior quality of the doors,
we have once again contacted Mr. Calloway and are ordering replacement
windows. We are happy to be working with your company again, and
would highly recommend your services to anyone.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Calloway,
I am writing to thank
you for the great presentation of your windows. As you know, they
were installed and I find them to be everything you said they were.
The sliding door is beautiful. I just love them in my dining room.
My brother said the windows and door look so good my value on my home
went up $20,000.
I also want to
compliment your installers Steve, David and Steve. They were very
efficient and I thought they did a great job. When I need more
work around here I will call you.
Thank you

Dear Homeview
Contractors,
Many thanks to your Company for the speed and efficiency in which your
people acted. You were very prompt and that saved my husband and I
some money on our gas and electric bill which is very appreciated.
Please extend our gratitude to John Calloway for his faith in us, also
his persistency. Needless to say, if he had not acted with
optimism we would still be without those gorgeous doors. Mr.
Calloway is the best person for such a job. He has the personality
and his work is meticulously done.
It is wonderful to know that we have a company that responds and that we
can count on for our future needs. We will recommend your services
to all our our friends and neighbors. I am so satisfied with a job
well dome. "Satisfaction is guaranteed."
Thanks so much,

To Whom It May Concern:
My husband and I purchased replacement
windows, 2 storm doors, 1 inside door from HomeView the week of the
blizzard in February 2003. We really are pleased with everything
we purchased.
The windows and doors fit nice and neat and
they keep the cold outside where it belongs. The noise form the
main highway is less noticeable since we replaced the windows and doors.
A few word about Homeview> They do
everything in their power to please their customer. The men who
installed the the doors were so efficient. Everything was done to
the best of their ability and when they were done, they cleaned
everything up like it was when they came to do the job.
We have no complaints at all and would
recommend their windows and doors to any one who might be interested in
their services.
Sincerely

Sonny,
Thought I'd write and tell you that we are very pleased with the
windows your company installed in the front of our house. They are
really tight and the cold air can't get inside. We noticed a big
difference right away. It didn't take them too long to do the job
either.
And, it's amazing how much the road noise has been blocked out.
I couldn't believe it!
As soon as we are financially able, we hope to have the other windows
replaced. We'll let you know when we're ready. Your windows
are a really sound investment for us.
Sincerely
Hazel Ward

Dear Homeview contractors Inc.,
Thank you!!! Thank
you!!! Thank you!!!
The sliding glass door that I won on your radio program
was installed Monday, March 31, 203. It is beautiful and has
opened up the back of the house. Now I can enjoy the backyard
(what a view). I hve been in my house for 21 years and this is the
best thing that has happened to me and my house.
Everyone at your company that I have spoken with has
been most kind and helpful. Michael Zabec, Jason Zabec, Bob Hoppa,
John Zubriu, the installers (didn't get their names) couldn't have been
nicer. It has been a pleasure doing business with you
-- hope to be able to call you as needs arise.
Much success in all you do,
God Bless - Joyce Wells |

Homeview - Michael Zabec,
I am an avid listener to your radio program,
"Your Home - Your Views" on WCBM680 AM - Tuesday Evenings from
7-8 PM. It is a wealth of information - keep up the good work.
At present I am considering sliding doors
and a possible deck to be contracted by your company. Last year I
had an exterior door and a "storm door" installed by Lowe's
and it was a nightmare. The door was okay, but the installers were
the "pits." It took 3 months before it was done
properly.
At any rate, I'm hoping your company will be
able to out perform what I had to deal with previously,
Season's Greetings,

WOW! The new look is amazing.
Marcin and his Dad (who applied the "capping") did a great
job. Their workmanship is superb.
Mike, your conclusion to this matter is most
satisfactory and professionally "well done."

I want to inform you that Bob did an
outstanding job installing the front door as well as the storm door.
I watched the installation procedure.
Bob answered my questions and, I saw what was taken out and what was put
in for the door frame. I can assure you the quality of the frame
which mostly is not seen is as good as the door.
Because of your product and Bob's
workmanship, the doors look great.
Thanks again,

Homeview Contractors, Inc.
Dear Mr. Zabec:
Over the past 3 years, we have had Homeview
Contractors, Inc., perform several upgrades to our home in Crofton, from
installation of new front and rear access doors, to installation of
high-quality replacement windows throughout. Most recently we gave
our home a facelift and had our dull looking, energy inefficient
builder's grade aluminum siding replaced with your premium grade vinyl
siding, for a look that is truly remarkable. We are so delighted
with the sensational new look of our home, that we found it appropriate
to write and let you know how pleased we are with the workmanship and
quality of materials used by your contractors. Your team on
installation specialists merits recognition--the dazzling appearance of
our home is a direct result of their superior professionalism and
efforts. You should be thrilled to have such a world-class team in
your employ. As a returning customer, we are happy to send this
letter of endorsement and value the association that we have had with
you over the years, based on your categorically superior and commendable
work. You have earned our confidence, trust and endorsement.
Please accept our heartiest congratulations
on your company's wonderful ability to get things done right!
Very Truly Yours,
Mr. & Mrs. J. Swientek |

In November 2001, I replaced 5 windows in my house with the
heat-mirror windows. The installers Greg and his assistant did an
excellent job. Prior to getting these windows, I was putting
plastic on my windows each winter and still paying a large electric
bill. Since that time, my electric bill has gone from $90 to $54
to $27. In fact for three months, I didn't even have to pay a bill
and then I received a check for $56 from PEPCO. Just recently, I
had the slider door installed and am also very much pleased with it.
I also would like to commend Mr. Mark Sellard for his professionalism
in representing your company.
Thanks for a job well done.

Dear John:
I wanted to personally commend on of your installation crews for a
job well done.
This past week I had 24 windows and a storm door installed. It
was a huge investment in my home but one about which I had no
apprehensions because I have dealt successfully with your company twice
before in the past twelve years. However, we both know that a
product is only as good as two things: The guarantee/warranty
which stands behind it and the installation of the product itself.
Gregory and his assistant, whose name I'm sorry to say I don't know,
did a wonderful job of installing the windows and door. They were
professional and courteous and considerate and they accomplished a large
job in short order. I would like you to know that they are a crew
of whom you can be confident and proud.
Please pass along my thanks to them.
Sincerely,
Carolyn Crittenden |

I wish to inform you about my very positive experiences with all the
people at Homeview Contractors, Incorporated (MHIC #3230). The
salesman, Sonny Porter, was very polite and answered all my
questions. Homeview sent a person out to recheck the measurements
of all eight windows prior to ordering and installation. What
really impressed e was the care and attention to detail the installation
technicians, Greg Walenda and Thomas exhibited when replacing my bay
windows. I was so pleased with the windows that I had Homeview
replace one of my sliding glass doors. I was very pleased to see
Greg and Kesas as my installation technicians. And in both cases,
Greg and his assistant were prompt, very polite, pleasant, and cleaned
up the work site. Everyone who came to my home was prompt,
including my calls for minor adjustments (recaulking openings and
adjusting the sliding glass door threshold).
I checked Homeview's MHIC license with your office (twice) prior to
them performing work for me. I even check other references they
provided. I am very impressed with the efforts Homeview
Contractors makes to ensure a pleasant experience from sales to
installation and the servicing afterwards.
I have recommended will continue to recommend Homeview Contractors to
my friends and acquaintance.
Respectfully,

Gentlemen:
On January 7, 2000 Bob, who is employed by your company, installed on
of your premium sliding glass doors at my house. I wanted to take
a minute to of my busy schedule and commend Bob on a job well
done. I was very impressed by his professionalism, skill and
capacity of calm endurance, better known as patience, while installing a
very difficult door. After the door was installed, Bob cleaned up
the work area and left it as neat and orderly as it was prior to his
arrival. My wife and I truly thank him for that.
My wife and I love the door's beauty and its ease of operation.
It really has made a world of difference in keeping the cold out.
Also, the door's security has made us feel more secure in our home. We
will be bragging to our neighbors and friends about our new door, Bob
and Homeview Contractors. Again, thanks for a beautiful door and a
job well done.

Sheldon Forchheimer:
Recently we purchased a window from you to replace the French
doors. I just want to tell you how pleased we are with your
product. We were impressed from the start with the demonstration
the original salesman (I can't remember his name) gave us and the
follow-up visit from Bill Shields, who wrote the contract.
The crew you sent down to the house for the installation was very
professional and pleasant. I know one of the guy's names was
Steve, who said he has worked for the company for sixteen years.
This crew did an outstanding job and I hope you will thank them for us.
I would like to mention that we signed the contract on September the
9th, with an expectation of installation in abou three weeks. The
contract also stated that if we became customers that night, the
discount price per window would hold for one year. Then came a few
hurricanes and the delivery of our window was delayed until December the
13th. We really would like that discount price to hold for one
year after the installation date if possible. I talked to Mike
Zabec a few days after the installation and he said this would not be a
problem.
We have mentioned to several of our friends how pleased we are to
have worked with you and would recommend your company without a
doubt. Thanks again and we look forward to working with you in the
future.

They were very professional, extremely neat and took great care in
taking out the very old, rotten windows. Steve was more than

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for selling my
husband and me a great window, and having it be installed by a great
crew today.
Steve, Mark and Roland worked very professionally and obviously
enjoyed working together to do a terrific job. -- Not only are
they good at what they do; they were even meticulous about cleaning
up! The window looks wonderful and Steve even offered some tips on
staining the wood to further enhance it's beauty. -- You couldn't have
sent a better crew out here today!
I am so grateful that we went forward with this contract, and would
confidently recommend Homeview Contractors, Inc. to anyone desiring
window remodeling.
Thanks again so very much and my husband and I extend our warmest
wishes for a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I called this morning and talked to Michael just wanted to commend
the job that Steven, Roland and Mark did yesterday!
Michael said to write a letter doing the same, so here I am!!
The crew (guess that's what they are called) went our of their way to

skillful, polite, etc., etc.
I will certainly recommend your company if I can. Forgot to
mention that they installed 6 windows, too care of gutters and gave me
many pointers for the future. I couldn't have hand picked better

Dear Mr. Forchheimer:
Several relatives and friends have commented about how lovely our
windows are. My son John and I are very pleased with our beautiful
new windows, but there is more than their attractiveness. I
noticed one day the inside temperature of our home remained at 72°F
although the outside temperature was 83°F. I had not expected
such a marked difference. The air conditioner, set at 77°F, did
not run at all that day. Also, now that it is so much easier to
wash the outside of the windows, we will be able to enjoy the shiny,
clean appearance more often.
We would like you to know that you have our permission to add us to
your list of references. We would be happy to show our windows to
any of your potential customers in the area.
Last but not least, we found each of your employees to be a pleasant
and courteous gentleman.

Dear Bob Hoppa:
I am writing this letter to you in regard to the recent installation
of my new windows that I purchased from your company.
I was a bit concerned about my cats when I left the morning of my
window installation. I left a note telling them [the crew] they
could confine the cat in the bathroom. However, when I returned
later I discovered that they had chosen to just let him run and keep an
eye on him which was certainly a very humane as well as considerate
decision. They certainly would not have had to show that courtesy
for my cat or me, but they chose to do so. That certainly was
going above and beyond and says a lot for the integrity and special
consideration shown to customers by your employees.
These two gentlemen certainly represent your company well.
Sincerely your,

I was quite satisfied with the recent installation of my bi-level
deck completed by your company, Homeview Contractors, Inc. I have
received numerous compliments and comments (all positive) from my
neighbors and friends. I was especially impressed by the
efficiency, quality and workmanship of the installers, John and
Alan. They were friendly and quite knowledgeable. They
answered any questions I had and provided valuable advice about deck
maintenance. The starburst railing patterns, benches and diagonal
decking help make the deck look unique and distinguishable (very
pleasing to the eye). Definitely worth the money. A very
satisfied customer.

Dear Sheldon:
This letter is to commend Fred and his brother who installed my
window September 5, 1995 and Charlie and his helper C.T., who replaced
my door and rebuilt my front porch post September 7 and 8, 1995.
Fred and his brother gave me maintenance and care instructions for
the new window and were kind enough to restore my shade and brackets.
Charlie and C.T. truly went way beyond their job specifications
(without hesitation), to do battle with a cricket and thousands of
carpenter ants that were in the door frame and the surrounding
area. He also made recommendations about paint and other products
I should use to protect my new door and post.
Several of my neighbors have remarked how well my concrete work
turned out.
Having this much repair work done to an eleven year old house was
very disturbing, but your professionals made it a little less
painful. Consequently, I am recommending that Homeview be place
din the classified section of the our Homeowner Association Newsletter.

Dear Mr. Forchheimer:
This is to bring your attention to the excellent salesmanship of Mr.
Joseph Tunney, and the excellent workmanship of our installers, Steve
and John.
As past Executive Director of the State of Maryland's Home
Improvement Commission, I am well aware of the problems which can be
encountered when entering into a home improvement contract.
A contract was entered into with "Homeview" for window and
storm door replacement. The work performed, in a timely manner,
was superior and the property was left in immaculate condition!
All work was performed in accordance with the contract. What Mr.
Tunney demonstrated was received; there was no misrepresentation nor a
"high pressure sales pitch."
Your company was recommended to me by a satisfied
"Homeview" customer. So I am certain there are many
other satisfied homeowners within the confinder of the State of
Maryland.
As a result of the recent work performed, we are anticipating other
home improvement through "Homeview."
Please give our thanks to Joe, Steve and John for a job well done.
The saying, "Buyer Beware" surely does not apply to
Homeview Contractors.
Sincerely,
